مدیریت تغییر سازمانی در حین تحول دیجیتالی صنعت ساخت در راستای مدیریت و توسعه پایدار شهری

چکیده

امروزه تحول دیجیتالی صنایع که به عنوان صنعت چهارم نیز شناخته میشود، به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عناوین پیشینه تغییر و تحول ســازمانی تبدیل شده است که تحقق آن در سازمانها به برتری فناورانه و راهبردی ســازمان منتهی میشود. نظریه‌ها و رویکرد‌های متفاوتی برای بررسی تغییرات سازمانی در زمان تحول دیجیتالی در ادبیات این حوزه در رشته های مختلفی نظیر علوم محیطی، اقتصاد، علوم اجتماعی و صنعت ارائه شده‌ است که مشاهده می شود که در هر رشته نیز رویکرد متفاوتی جهت شناسایی و همچنین تحقق آن در نظر گرفته شده است. از اینرو پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا با رویکردی مروری گامی جهت روشن ترشدن ابعاد این مفهوم در صنعت ساخت برداشته و با بررسی سیر تحول آن به مفهوم پردازی ابعاد آن بپردازد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که دیجیتالی شدن صنعت ساخت، پتانسیل بالقوه‌ای برای تحول روند سنتی ساخت و روابط بین دست‌اندرکاران صنعت ساخت به‌وجود آورده ‌است. تحول دیجیتالی صنعت ساخت بر دو جنبه اصلی تاکید می‌کند: ابزار دیجیتالی، که ساخت ابزار نوین کار است و دیجیتالی‌شدن، که علاوه بر ابزار، بر زمان، مکان و افراد نیز تمرکز می‌کند. در حال حاضر دیجیتالی شدن اثر قابل توجهی بر روند و سازمان‌ها گذاشته است؛ درنتیجه چالش اصلی صنعت ساخت مربوط به تغییرات سازمانی تحول دیجیتالی می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, the digital transformation of industries, which is also known as the fourth industry, has become one of the most important titles in the history of organizational change and transformation, the realization of which in organizations leads to technological and strategic superiority of the organization. Different theories and approaches to study organizational change during the digital transformation in the literature in this field in different fields such as environmental sciences, economics, social sciences and industry have been presented that it is observed that in each field a different approach to Identification as well as its realization is considered. Therefore, the present study tries to take a step towards clarifying the dimensions of this concept in the manufacturing industry with a review approach and to conceptualize its dimensions by examining its evolution. The results of this study show that the digitalization of the manufacturing industry has created a potential for the transformation of the traditional manufacturing process and the relationships between the construction industry stakeholders. The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry emphasizes two main aspects: digital tools, which are the construction of new tools, and digitalization, which, in addition to tools, also focuses on time, place, and people. Digitalization has already had a significant impact on trends and organizations; As a result, the main challenge of the manufacturing industry is related to the organizational changes of digital transformation.
