ارائه مدل عوامل اثر گذار بر توسعه فرهنگ محیط زیست ورزشی در راستای توسعه پایدار

چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی عوامل اثر گذار برتوسعه فرهنگ محیط زیست در راستای توسعه پایدارمی باشد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ توصیفی تحلیلی از ﻧﻮع ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ است که به لحاظ هدف از دسته تحقیقات کاربردی و حال نگراست . 380 دانشجوی ارشد و دکتری مدیریت به صورت داوطلبانه به سوالات پرسشنامه بوژمهرانی پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی توزیع نرمال بودن متغیرها از آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف استفاده شد. ازمعادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای آزمون فرضیه ها استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز در محیط نرم‌افزار SPSS و AMOSانجام شد.یافته ها نشان داد فرهنگ سازمانی مهمترین عامل در توسعه فرهنگ محیط زیست شناسایی شد و دیگر عوامل نیز به ترتیب از اولویت کافی برخوردار بودند .بنابراین رسیدن به توسعه پایدار نه‌تنها متّکی بر رفاه اجتماعی و اقتصاد پایدار بوده بلکه نیازمند داشتن یک فرهنگ زیست‌محیطی در میان جامعه های انسانی است.در واقع فرهنگ، ریشه و ساختار اصلی توسعه همه‌جانبه است و زمانی می‌توان انتظار شادابی و پویایی را برای جامعه داشت که این ساختار به صورت اصولی انجام یافته باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the development of environmental culture in the direction of sustainable development. The current research is a descriptive, analytical research method of the survey type, which is applied and current research in terms of its purpose. 380 senior and doctoral students of management voluntarily answered the questions of Bozhmehrani's questionnaire. To check the normal distribution of the variables, the Klomogrove Smirnov test was used. Structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the hypotheses. Data analysis was also done in SPSS and AMOS software environment. The findings showed that organizational culture was identified as the most important factor in the development of environmental culture, and other factors were also given sufficient priority. Therefore, achieving sustainable development is not only dependent on social welfare. And the economy is sustainable, but it needs to have an environmental culture among human societies. In fact, culture is the root and main structure of all-round development, and we can expect freshness and dynamism for the society when this structure is done in a principled way.
