بررسی تطبیقی مؤلفه‌های عینی زیبایی‌شناسی مناظر شهری بر اساس دیگاه نظری و ترجیحات شهروندان(مطالعه موردی: باغ شهر بم)

چکیده

منظر شهرها مانند پوستة ظاهری و بیرونی هر زیستگاه، نگاه هر ناظر و رهگذر را به خود جلب می‌کند و اولین چیزی است که شهروند درون فضای شهر با آن ارتباط برقرار می‌کند. باغ شهر بم به‌عنوان اولین باغ شهر، ثبت میراث جهانی گردیده است؛ اما منظر شهری آن به دلیل سرعت بازسازی شهر پس از زلزله و عدم توجه به ترجیحات ذهنی شهروندان در این فرآیند، در ادراک شهروندان تصویری جذاب ایجاد نمی‌کند. لذا پرداختن به موضوع زیبایی‌شناسی منظر شهری باغ شهر بم، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف از پژوهش بازشناخت مؤلفه‌های زیبایی‌شناسی منظر شهری در نظریات صاحب‌نظران و همچنین مقایسه ترجیحات شهروندان در این زمینه در باغ شهر بم می‌باشد. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، از روش کیفی برای گردآوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات و داده‌ها استفاده شده است. ابتدا، با بررسی و مطالعه نظرات مطرح‌شده در ارتباط با زیبایی‌شناسی مناظر شهری به شناسایی و دسته بندی مؤلفه‌های زیبایی‌شناسی مناظر شهری بخش پرداخته شد؛ در گام بعدی به ارزیابی ترجیحات شهروندان باغ شهر بم بر مبنای رویکرد استقرایی و به روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته پرداخته شد؛ نتایج نشان می‌دهد مؤلفه‌های زیبایی‌شناسی از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران در قالب دو مؤلفه‌ی اصلی عینی و ذهنی دسته‌بندی می‌شوند و مؤلفه‌های زیبایی‌شناسی منظر شهری از نگاه شهروندان در چهار دسته 1- تأکید بر عناصر فیزیکی و کالبدی،2. تأکید بر معنا، 3.تأکید بر عناصر طبیعی و 4. بیان احساسات و حالات درونی قرارگرفته‌اند‌؛ درنهایت مقایسه تطبیقی دو مرحله نشان داد که موارد تبیین شده از مبانی نظری با موارد مطرح‌شده توسط شهروندان، قابل تطبیق است

The landscape of cities, like the outer shell of any habitat, attracts the eye of every observer and passer-by, and is the first thing that the citizen communicates with within the city space, and mere attention to each alone does not guarantee the creation of a beautiful urban landscape. Bam city garden has been registered as a world heritage; But its urban landscape does not create an attractive image in the perception of citizens due to the speed of reconstruction of the city after the earthquake and the lack of attention to the mental preferences of citizens in this process by not completing the facade of the buildings. Therefore, it seems necessary to address the issue of aesthetics of the urban landscape of Bam city garden. According to the purpose of the research, qualitative method (content analysis and semi-structured interview method) is used to collect and analyze information and data. At the beginning of the research, by examining and studying the opinions expressed in relation to the aesthetics of urban landscapes, the components of aesthetics of urban landscapes were identified and categorized; In the next step,The results show that the components of urban landscape aesthetics from the perspective of citizens in four categories: 1- Emphasis on physical and physical elements, 2. Emphasis on meaning; 3. Emphasis on natural elements; and 4. Expression of emotions and inner states; Finally, a comparative comparison of the two stages showed that the cases explained from the theoretical foundations with the cases raised by citizens,
