ارزیابی تأثیر عوامل خودکارآمدی بر فرصت کارآفرینانه گردشگری؛ نقش واسطه‌ای شبکه‌های خدماتی و کارآفرینانه

چکیده

اهمیت کارآفرینی در ارائه فرصت‌های شغلی جدید و کمک به ایجاد شغل‌های پایدار از یک سوی و در نظر گرفتن اهمیت قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان گردشگری به عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل پیش‌بینی‌کننده رفتارهای کارآفرینانه آنان از سوی دیگر، بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار در فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه دانشگاهی در حوزه گردشگری امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر خودکارآمدی و شبکه‌ها در فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه گردشگری در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی یزد می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، کلیه شامل دانشجویان رشته‌های گردشگری، مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت کسب و کار و کارآفرینی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی یزد و نمونه آماری به حجم 140 نفر برای تحقیق در نظر گرفته ‌شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه و شیوه گردآوری به صورت میدانی است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از رویکرد تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نوآوری، بازاریابی، ریسک‌پذیری و کنترل مالی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی یزد تأثیر معنی‌داری دارد؛ اما بعد مدیریت نمی‌تواند تأثیر قابل قبولی داشته باشد. همچنین شبکه‌های صنعتی برای نوآوری و ریسک‌پذیری و کنترل مالی، و شبکه‌های کارآفرینانه برای نوآوری و مدیریت اثر میانجی‌گری معنی‌دار دارد.

The importance of entrepreneurship in providing new job opportunities and helping to create stable jobs on the one hand and considering the importance of the entrepreneurial intention of tourism students as the most important predictor of their entrepreneurial behavior on the other hand, investigating the influencing factors in academic entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of tourism is essential to It seems Based on this, the main goal of this research is to investigate the effect of self-efficacy and networks on the entrepreneurial opportunities of tourism in Islamic Azad University of Yazd. The statistical population of this research includes all students of tourism, business management, business management and entrepreneurship and urban planning in the Islamic Azad University of Yazd, and a statistical sample of 140 people was considered for the research. The data collection tool is a questionnaire and the method of collection is field. In order to analyze the data, the structural equation analysis approach with the partial least squares approach has been used. The results show that innovation, marketing, risk-taking and financial control of entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunities in Islamic Azad University of Yazd; but then management cannot have an acceptable effect. Also, industrial networks for innovation and risk-taking and financial control, and entrepreneurial networks for innovation and management have a significant mediating effect.
