ارتقاء تعاملات اجتماعی در ساختمان‌‌های بلند‌مرتبه با بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های سازنده روابط اجتماعی

چکیده

افزایش فرصت‌های تعامل اجتماعی یکی از موارد ضروری نیازهای روانشناختی می‌باشد که عدم توجه به این مهم زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان را با مشکلاتی مواجه می‌سازد. افزایش مجتمع‌های مسکونی و آپارتمان‌نشینی در قرن حاضر که در پی افزایش جمعیت در ایران رخ داده، به یک مسئله اجتناب‌ناپذیر تبدیل شده است. مورد غفلت قرار‌گرفتن نیازهای روانی در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی امروزی و صرفا تامین نیازهای فیزیکی منجر به ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی می‌شود.  در این پژوهش تلاش می‌شود تا با توجه به مولفه‌های سازنده‌ی روابط اجتماعی، افزایش تعاملات ساکنین در فضای باز مجتمع‌ها بررسی شود.  تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی است و به لحاظ هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی می‌باشد. روش تحقیق، روش پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. پس از دسته‌بندی و روند گزینش  جامعه هدف، اقدام به تهیه پرسشنامه گردید. سپس داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شدند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بین متغیرها برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق بررسی شود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 25 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند.

Increasing opportunities for social interaction is one of the necessary psychological needs, which causes problems in human's personal and social life. The increase of residential complexes and apartment living in the current century, which occurred following the increase in population in Iran, has become an inevitable issue. Neglecting psychological needs in the design of today's residential complexes and only providing physical needs leads to social anomalies. In this research, an attempt is made to investigate the increase of residents' interactions in the open space of the complexes, considering the constructive components of social relations. The current research is a survey descriptive research and in terms of its purpose, it is applied research. Research method, survey method and data collection tool, the researcher made a questionnaire. After categorizing and selecting the target population, a questionnaire was prepared. Then the data were collected to check the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. The collected data have been analyzed using SPSS version 25 software.
