تبیین عدالت فضایی در تاب آوری کالبدی شهر (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 6 کلان‌شهر کرج)

چکیده

شهر عدالت محور با رشد سریع شهرنشینی به وجود آمده و نمودهای کالبدی آن با مفاهیم دسترسی نابرابر به خدمات شهری، سرمایه های اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اقتصادی و... شروع می‌شود. پیدایش الگوهای خطرپذیری با زمینه‌های مختلف طبیعی و انسانی در شهرها بحث تاب آوری را وارد حیطه مفاهیم شهری کرده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین عدالت فضایی در تاب آوری کالبدی منطقه 6 کلان شهر کرج می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از مدل Smart PLS و نرم افزارSpss مبتنی بر داده های اسنادی - میدانی است. نتایج حاصله گویای این واقعیت است که ارتباط اندکی بین پراکندگی جمعیت و توزیع خدمات شهری در محدوده موردمطالعه وجود دارد. خروجی نتایج آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرونف و نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها، از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای (T-test) در نرم افزارSpss در ارتقاء تاب آوری کالبدی محدوده با توجه به تحقق عدالت فضایی و با توجه به اینکه ضریب معناداری (sig) محاسبه شده برای شاخص های تحقیق در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد (کمتر از سطح مجاز) 5 درصد است، می توان اظهار داشت که این شاخص ها در برابر تاب آوری کالبدی محدوده با تحقق عدالت فضایی در سطح مناسبی قرار ندارند. با توجه به نتیجه به‌دست‌آمده از مدل Smart PLS برازش این مدل با استفاده از آزمون SMRM مورد تائید می باشد و شاخص های پژوهش رتبه بندی شده و در جهت بهبود وضع موجود و رسیدن به وضع مطلوب الگوی مناسبی را نشان می دهد.

The justice-oriented city has emerged with the rapid growth of urbanization, and its physical manifestations begin with the concepts of unequal access to urban services, social, cultural, political and economic capitals, etc. The emergence of risk-taking models with different natural and human contexts in cities has brought the discussion of resilience into the scope of urban concepts. The purpose of the current research is to explain spatial justice in physical resilience of District 6 of Karaj metropolis. The current research method is descriptive-analytical and using Smart PLS model and Spss software based on documentary-field data. The results show the fact that there is little relationship between the population dispersion and the distribution of urban services in the studied area. The results of the Kolmogrof-Smironov test and the normality of the data distribution, from the one-sample T-test (T-test) in Spss software, in improving the physical resilience of the area, considering the realization of spatial justice and considering that the coefficient The significance (sig) calculated for the research indicators at the confidence level of 95% (less than the permissible level) is -5%, it can be stated that these indicators are against the physical resilience of the range with the Realization of spatial justice is not at a suitable level. According to the result obtained from the Smart PLS model, the fit of this model is confirmed by using the SMRM test, and the research indicators are ranked and shows a suitable pattern for improving the current situation and reaching the desired situation.
