شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی فناورانه سازمانی در شرکت های فناور فعال در حوزه صنعت نفت

چکیده

هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی فناورانه سازمانی در شرکت های فناور فعال در حوزه صنعت نفت است این تحقیق یک تحقیق کاربردی بوده که از روش های آمیخته (کمی و کیفی ) استفاده میکند . جامعه اماری در بخش کیفی عبارتند از خبرگان و مسئولین شرکت های فن اور در حوزه صنعت نفت و اساتید دانشگاهی با مدرک دکتری تخصصی به تعداد 20 نفر و به کمک روش گلوله برفی 10 نفر به عنوان پانل مصاحبه در نظر گرفته شد . و در بخش کمی عبارتند از کارشناسان و کار کنان شرکت های فناور فعال در حوزه صنعت نفت به تعداد 5000 نفر که با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده و با در نظر گرفتن فرمول کوکران 256 نفر نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی ابعاد ، مولفه ها و شاخص ها از روش تحلیل تم استفاده شد و نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه ها ابعاد سرمایه ،دانشگاهها مراکز تحقیقاتی ، کارافرین فن آورانه ،زیرساختها ،بازار و مشتریان ،مشاوران ،عوامل راهبردی ،پیامدها ؛عوامل زمینه ای و دولت را بیان نمودند . از روش تاپسیس برای اولویت بندی ابعاد اکتشاف شده در بخش کمی استفاده شد اولویت بندی ابعاد به این شرح بود که اولویت اول: سرمایه،اولویت دوم: عوامل راهبردی ،اولویت سوم: پیامد ها،اولویت چهارم: عوامل زمینه ای ،اولویت پنجم: دولت،اولویت ششم : کارافرین فن آور،اولویت هفتم: زیر ساخت ها ،اولویت هشتم : بازار و مشتریان ،اولویت نهم مشاوران واولویت دهم :دانشگاهها و مراکز تحقیقاتی

The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting organizational technological entrepreneurship in technological companies active in the oil industry. This research is an applied research that uses mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical community in the qualitative section consists of experts and officials of technology companies in the field of oil industry and university professors with a specialized doctorate in the number of 20 people, and with the help of the snowball method, 10 people were considered as an interview panel. And in the quantitative part, there are 5000 experts and workers of technological companies active in the field of oil industry, who were selected using simple random method and considering Cochran's formula, 256 samples were selected. Theme analysis method was used to identify the dimensions, components and indicators, and the results of the interviews were the dimensions of capital, universities, research centers, technological entrepreneurs, infrastructures, market and customers, consultants, strategic factors, consequences, contextual factors and the government. expressed The TOPSIS method was used to prioritize the dimensions discovered in the quantitative section. The prioritization of the dimensions was as follows: first priority: capital, second priority: strategic factors, third priority: consequences, fourth priority: background factors, fifth priority: government. 6th priority: technological entrepreneur, 7th priority: infrastructure, 8th priority: market and customers, 9th priority: consultants and 10th priority: universities and research centers
