چکیده
روش پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای و از نظر نوع داده کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی است که از روش تحلیل مضمون مصاحبه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و متخصصان حوزه روستایی در حوزه شهرستان دشتی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری به 15 نفر بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون در نرم‌افزار «MAXQDA» انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه در قالب 49 مقوله اصلی بررسی شدند که هر کدام شامل ابعاد و شاخص‌های متعددی بود که با مشخص کردن مقوله‌های شرایطی، تعاملی– فرآیندی، پیامدی به ابعاد اساسی برای شکل‌گیری اولیه چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق تعیین شد. از جمله مهمترین موارد شناسایی شده شامل مقوله‌های شرایطی رفاه اجتماعی روستایی و همچین عوامل فرآیندی- تعاملی و راهبردهای توسعه رفاه اجتماعی روستاها و در نهایت موانع و پیامدهای آن شناسایی شد. در قالب نتیجه گیری میتوان بیان کرد که در ارتباط با مقوله توسعه رفاه اجتماعی مناطق روستایی می‌توان مؤلفه‌های مختلفی نظیر شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف، ایجاد زمینه‌های فعال و متناسب با توسعه روستایی، عوامل موثر، پیامدهای ایجاد شده، راهبردهای توسعه رفاه اجتماعی روستاها و موانع موجود، ایفای نقشها و کارکردهای مثبت سازمانها در رفاه اجتماعی مناطق روستایی و تلاش سازمانها برای رسیدن به هدف مشترک و ملی را نام برد که هر کدام دربرگیرنده مفاهیمی می‌باشند که نیازمند هدف گذاری، برنامه ریزی و عملیات تخصصی اجرایی می‌باشد.

چکیده English

The research method is developmental in terms of purpose and in terms of the type of qualitative data with an exploratory approach, which was used to analyze the theme of the interview. The statistical population included the managers and specialists of the rural area in the field of Dashti, which was 15 people using the purposeful sampling method and the principle of theoretical saturation. Data analysis was done using thematic analysis in "MAXQDA" software. The results of the research showed that in the analysis of the data obtained from the interview, they were examined in the form of 49 main categories, each of which included several dimensions and indicators, which, by specifying the conditional, interactive-process categories, resulted in basic dimensions for the formation of Initially, the conceptual framework of the research was determined. Among the most important identified cases are the conditional categories of rural social welfare and such process-interactive factors and strategies for the development of rural social welfare, and finally, its obstacles and consequences were identified. In the form of conclusion, it can be stated that in relation to the category of social welfare development in rural areas, various components can be identified such as identifying strengths and weaknesses, creating active and suitable fields for rural development, effective factors, consequences, strategies for the development of rural social welfare and obstacles. He mentioned the positive roles and functions of organizations in the social welfare of rural areas
