چکیده
امروزه بازآفرینی شهری بر اساس نیازهای مختلف توسعه شهری از نقطه نظرات فرهنگی، اقتصادی، ارتباط جوامع و... به مسئله ای مهم در مدیریت شهری بدل شده است. قشم از این حیث و به دلیل طبقه بندی به عنوان یک منطقه آزاد و در بر داشتن مناطق گردشگری قابل توجه پتانسیل بالایی را از نظر توسعه داشته و از طرفی هر توسعه نیازمند داشتن یک چارچوب بازآفرینی است. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر بر روی تدوین چارچوب مفهومی بازآفرینی شهری در قشم متمرکز است. روش تحقیق به صورت مروری با مطالعات کتابخانه ای، مقالات فارسی و لاتین و بررسی اسناد و همچنین مصاحبه با صاحبنظران این حوزه است. نتایج بدست آمده از بررسی مطالعات مختلف در این زمینه نشان دهنده تاثیر عوامل بسیار متعدد در زمینه تدوین چارپوب مفهومی برای بازآفرینی شهری است. بر اساس تجربیات محقق و ارزیابی های انجام شده و مشورت با متخصصین در زمینه پارامترهای مختلف مؤثر بر الگوی بازآفرینی شهری، و با توجه به آنکه قشم استعداد قابل توجه در حوزه گردشگری زیستی، و در نتیجه پتانسیل توسعه اقتصادی دارد. بنابراین، تحقیق حاضر نتیجه می گیرد که شهر در صورتی می تواند از یک الگوی کارآمد و پایدار بازآفرینی شهری بهره مند باشد که جنبه های اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی آن در اولویت قرار گیرند.

چکیده English

Today, urban regeneration has become an important issue in urban management based on the various needs of urban development from the cultural, economic, community relations, etc. points of view. In this regard, Qeshm has a high potential for development due to its classification as a free zone and containing significant tourist areas, and on the other hand, any development requires a regeneration framework. Therefore, the present study focuses on developing a conceptual framework for urban regeneration in Qeshm. The research method is a review of library studies, Persian and Latin articles, document review, and interviews with experts in this field. The results obtained from reviewing various studies in this field indicate the impact of many factors in developing a conceptual framework for urban regeneration. Based on the researcher's experiences and assessments conducted and consulting with experts on various parameters affecting the urban regeneration pattern, and considering that Qeshm has significant talent in the field of biotourism, and consequently, economic development potential. Therefore, the present study concludes that a city can benefit from an efficient and sustainable urban regeneration model if its economic, environmental, and social aspects are prioritized.
