This research has examined the components of decent work in cyberspace businesses in line with sustainable development. The present research is applied in terms of its purpose and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of its implementation method. In the qualitative part, themes related to adaptability were identified and analyzed using semi-structured interviews with experts and professors in the field of labor law. Finally, 224 basic themes were extracted, which referred to various dimensions, including protecting workers' rights and interests, flexibility of laws, suitability and compatibility with the conditions of emerging and new jobs, and improving the level of occupational health and safety. In the quantitative part of the research, the structural equation model was used to analyze the relationships between variables. The research findings show that the adaptability of labor law to emerging jobs can be improved through legal reforms, the creation of new mechanisms, and social protection. This research concluded that the adaptability of labor law to new jobs and fair labor relations includes components such as transparency, justice, and reducing labor disputes. Finally, the findings of this study emphasize the need for structural changes in Iranian labor law and the development of new frameworks to support workers in the face of emerging occupations.
