In today's world, organizations need to use modern management tools to achieve sustainable productivity and improve administrative health. One of these tools is knowledge management, which can play an important role in reducing the incidence of corruption by organizing and effectively applying individual and collective knowledge. The present study aims to examine the theoretical foundations of knowledge management and administrative corruption and explain the relationship between these two variables at the level of organizational employees. On the one hand, knowledge management provides a platform for combating corruption by promoting transparency, facilitating monitoring, and strengthening accountability, and on the other hand, weaknesses in knowledge processes can lead to secrecy, inefficiency, and administrative abuse. In this framework, by reviewing the existing theoretical literature, the key components of knowledge management and dimensions of administrative corruption are identified and their interaction is analyzed. The theoretical findings of this study can pave the way for designing anti-corruption strategies based on the development of knowledge infrastructures in organizations.
