This research was conducted with the aim of modeling talent management strategies in sports in schools in the geographical area of Ahvaz city using the Foundation's data method. The qualitative phase targeted university professors, while the quantitative phase involved 460 physical education teachers. Through semi-structured interviews, upon reaching theoretical saturation, the causal conditions affecting talent growth were identified: organizational capacity, financial and managerial issues, and the talent search process. Background conditions included teacher and student behaviors as well as parental influences, while intervention conditions included hardware and educational service quality. The suggested effective strategies are: directing talent, managing efficient resources, setting appropriate goals, providing necessary equipment and facilities, accessing data for talent-related information, and empowering teachers to identify and develop talents. The implementation of these strategies is very important for nurturing and identifying talents, improving productivity in talent acquisition and improving overall talent management. Success depends on addressing identified conditions and applying recommended strategies for optimal results in school athletic talent management.
