Justice is a multidimensional concept that is influenced by various factors, including environmental variables. Today, people's access to electricity, forests, clean air, and clean water is considered an environmental advantage that affects the level of development through the expansion of economic capacities. On the other hand, social justice is one of the most fundamental principles of sustainable development and human coexistence, the realization of which requires a fair distribution of opportunities and resources in society. This research aims to examine the relationship between environmental justice and social justice, and demographic and economic indicators including urbanization, life expectancy, immigration, population growth, per capita production, per capita health, and total population are included in the model as indicators for measuring social justice. The results of estimating structural equations using the partial least squares method (PLS-SEM) for panel data of MENA countries in the period 2000 to 2024 show a positive and significant relationship between access to electricity and water, forest cover, and clean air with the indicators of social justice structure, based on which it can be stated that access to electricity and water, forest cover, and clean air, which indicate a more equitable distribution of environmental resources (environmental justice), leads to greater social justice. This finding shows that from a policy point of view, government programs to promote indicators representing environmental justice can lead to an improvement in the state of social justice through the development
