Access to water resources from the perspective of quality and quantity necessary for human life and human activities. The results show that frequent and persistent drought in recent years has exacerbated the drop in groundwater level plain And despite the establishment of various industries with its natural pollution and increased use of chemical fertilizers in the desert, with little change in reducing the chemical quality of groundwater resources was made.
