Abstract
This study began for aimed to investigate the effect of different dimensions of social development in the island began. Systems theory Parsons was selected as a conceptual framework and various aspects of development based on four subsystem Parsons was determined. Historical research methods and techniques used in this study, analysis of documents. due to the improving indicators of justice, security, prosperity, independence, freedom and spirituality in society, spirituality, to strengthen ethics and real progress in all areas, so as to real contexts to achieve comprehensive development in the country.
