Abstract
At the end of the Cold War geopolitical system wide developments, That increased cooperation in the political, security, economic, cultural countries in different geographical areas in order to create a multi-polar system of global geopolitical system are new developments. One of the most important areas of geography, global geopolitical system, which can become a strategic hub in the global geopolitical system's independent, Region of the Indian subcontinent that in order to secure Iran's national interests And in line with the strategy of regional cooperation and the Look East policy, to increase political, economic, security and cultural rights, with countries in the region, especially with India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Using cross-sectional study, we are going ahead to explain the convergence between Iran and the three countries, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan, using contour theory and Der Spiegel. The question used in the present study this question. The degree of convergence between Iran and the three countries, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan, using four pattern variables and effective system of cross-regional and Spiegel Cantor theory is to what extent.
