چکیده
   خصومت تاریخی هند ـ پاکستان بر سر کشمیر و رقابت این دو کشور در منطقه، بر محیط امنیتی جنوب آسیا سایه افکنده است. همین امر باعث شده است دو کشور در جستجوی دوستان و متحدانی در سطح منطقه و خارج از منطقه باشند که این امر به نوبه خود باعث شکل­گیری نوعی توازن قوای دو قطبی در جنوب آسیا شده است. این در حالی است که ابتکار عمل پاکستان در سطح منطقه­ای بیشتر از هند بوده و پاکستان در یارگیری منطقه­ای موفق­تر از هند عمل کرده است. در سطح منطقه­ای مهمترین متحد استراتژیک هند، ویتنام، و مهمترین متحد استراتژیک پاکستان، چین است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخ­گویی به این سوال است که روابط هند-ویتنام بر چه اساسی شکل گرفته است؟ نتایج این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، نشان می­دهد که شکل­گیری یک سازمان منطقه­ای با محوریت هند- ویتنام ناشی از احساس تهدید دو کشور از جانب چین بوده است و اتحاد پاکستان- چین نیز به واسطه تهدیدی است که این دو کشور از جانب هند احساس می­کنند. از این رو می­توان گفت قدر مشترک معادلات هندـمحور در جنوب آسیا، ضدیت با چین و پاکستان و قدر مشترک معادلات پاکستان ـ محور نیز ضدیت با هند بوده است. این امر در تمام معادلات سیاسی ـ امنیتی موجود در جنوب آسیا مشهود است.

چکیده English

Abstract
    Historical hostility of India and Pakistan on Kashmir and the competitiveness of the two countries in the region have affected the security environment in South Asia. As a result, the two countries seek friends and allies in the region and outside the region, which in turn leads to the formation of a bipolar balance of forces in South Asia. However, the initiative of Pakistan in the area of ​​India and Pakistan from India has been successful in recruiting area. At the regional level the most important strategic ally India, Vietnam, Pakistan's most important strategic ally, China. Accordingly, this study sought to answer the question of the basis of India-Vietnam relations. So, it can be said India-based equations common in South Asia, has opposition to the China and Pakistan, and the Pakistan-based equations are so common, too, is against India. This is evident in the political equations security in South Asia.
