The synergistic issues of sustainable urban tourism with the protection of the historical contexts of cities, as one of the target tools of cultural tourism, have been experienced in Iran for several decades. One of the first issues implemented in this field is the cultural-commercial pedestrian crossing of Tarbiat Tabriz. This passage, which was Nobar Alley during the Qajar period and changes its nature to Tarbiat Street during the Pahlavi period, in its essence includes a combination of valuable Qajar period buildings in alleys and dead ends that are perpendicular to the passage. And the self-passage has also included the commercial-service complexes of the Pahlavi period, which have a very consistent form and order in relation to the width of the passage; - The passage whose architectural space is the result of the combination of these units depends on a relatively specific time of the architectural period -. Of course, the almost without identity constructions of recent years, which are being carried out with the destruction of the original architectural structures, are depreciating the values of this passage both in terms of cultural values and in terms of eliminating the achievements of cultural tourism. In this article, the effect of visual values of the remaining cultural-historical buildings of the early construction period on sustainable urban tourism on the historical pedestrian passage of Tarbiat (Nobar Alley) in Tabriz was recognized and the damages of changes and new constructions being carried out in the passage were criticized.
