The expansion of the use of information and communication technology (ICT) has accelerated over the past two decades, and the study of the impact of information and communication technology on economic growth has attracted the attention of many researchers and policy makers during this period. This study examines the impact of information and communication technology on economic growth using the panel data method for 105 countries and in the period from 2010 to 2019. In order to investigate the effect of the level of development of countries on the relationship between ICT and economic growth, the study countries are divided into four groups with different levels of development and are examined separately. The results show that ICT has a positive effect on economic growth only in countries with very high and high level of development and also different effects of different areas of ICT on economic growth in all countries under study, so that the Internet penetration index compared to mobile penetration , Has had less impact on economic growth. On the other hand, based on the research results, it was found that in countries with very high and high human development, the impact of ICT on economic growth is positive and significant, and in countries with moderate and poor human development, this impact has been reported contrary to expectations.
