برنامه ریزی درتوسعه و عمران روستائی استان سمنان از دید کشاورزان استان

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر برتوسعه وعمران روستائی استان سمنان از منظر کشاورزان وراهبردهای کشاورزی آن انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی استکه با روش علی- ارتباطی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کشاورزان استان سمنان بود که تعداد 47 نمونه انتخاب شد. روش نمونه گیری این تحقیق به شیوه طبقه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای بود. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روائی آن از طریق متخصصان وپایائی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 بدست آمد. متغیروابسته تحقیق، توسعه وعمران روستائی بود که از 14 گویه شکل گرفت و متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق نیز 13 متغیر مؤثر در متغروابسته تحقیق بود. تحلیل تحقیق به شیوه رگرسیون موردآزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای توجه به کشاورزان و حرفه آنها و ایجاد انگیزه شغلی در آنان، افزایش قیمت محصولات تولیدی وارائه حمایت‌های مالی بانک کشاورزی به ترتیب بیشترین نقش را در توسعه و عمران روستائی از دید کشاورزان برعهده داشتند.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
This study aimed to assess factors influencing the development of rural life of Semnan province. Kind of research was Applied research that s conducted by casual relative method. The research population included all farmers in Semnan province who were selected 47 samples. The study sample was stratified multistage. The survey instrument was questionnaire which its validity Confirmed by professionals and and reliability Calculated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.88. Dependent variable, Rural Development, which was formed of 14 items and independent variables was 13 variables also effective on the dependent variable. Multiple regression analyzes were used to test research. Results showed that farmers and professional attention and motivate them in their job, the rise in prices of manufactured products and provided financial support Agricultural Bank The highest role in the development of rural life of farmers were tasked.
