The aim of the current research is to reach the essential items in architectural spatial design, which are for both gender groups of space users designed Such a space is the product of paying attention to the perceptual differences of the two sexes using the space. perception of space It is one of the most important and complex aspects of knowing and measuring space. One of the important dimensions of individual human differences is gender and it seems that gender has a relationship with people's attitudes and their perception of phenomena. Such a subject It has been less investigated independently and the results of such tests can have a significant effect on improving the quality of human environments have The main goal is to investigate the role of gender in the architectural design process of commercial complexes in Chabahar and based on the pragmatism approach. Mixed methods have been used to collect data. The statistical population is all the visitors from 5 commercial complexes in Chabahar, and the theoretical saturation method was used to obtain the sample size, and finally it reached a sample size of 50 people, and approximately 10 people were measured from each complex. The data obtained from the analysis of the interview questions have been presented by Smart PLS software, and finally it was found that men identified their path through the recognition of roads and paths
