This article explains and analyzes the dimensions of the “new world order” and the new geometry of power in the thoughts and statements of the Supreme Leader. From his perspective, the unipolar order led by the United States is a transitional and unstable period, and the world is on the verge of a “historical turn” that will be characterized by the decline of Western power and the emergence of emerging powers, especially in Asia. This fundamental transformation shapes the main question of this research: What are the characteristics of the new world order in the thoughts of the Supreme Leader? In response to this question, the research proposes the hypothesis that the main strategy outlined in the thoughts of the Supreme Leader (the Supreme Leader) is an “active and multidimensional activism” that is based on three pillars: first, “active resistance” to accelerate the decline of the hegemony remaining from the old order; second, “strengthening the components of internal power” (science, economy, culture, and defense) as a prerequisite for independence of action; and third, “establishing and strengthening strategic ties” with aligned powers and independent states to actively shape the future order. The findings of the article show that the end of the era of Western dominance is considered a definitive tradition and that Iran is not a passive actor in this transition, but an independent and proactive pole that can play a decisive role in establishing a just and multipolar order by taking advantage of the opportunities arising
